Viswa Bharati and Rabindranath - April,1922

Nabarsha of 1329 [14th  April 1922] began with a prayer and a lecture of Rabindranath which was published in Jaishtha issue of Santiniketan titled 'Nababarsha" which said;
" Many foreign Profesors were working at that time in Santiniketan. Rabindranath wanted that they should be provided with more proper accomodation in this summer. Indira Devi was going to Puri with his father Satyendranath (pic-2)to recover  his health.On 2nd Baisakh Rabindranath wrote a letter with his blessings to Indira Devi asking her to take Stella Kramrish - pic-3( during 1921-50 she taught at University of Calcutta and Santiniketan. During those years she edited Journal of the Indian Society of Oriental Art and published numerous works including magnum opus)with them. He  assured her that they would like her company. He also informed that the French Professor Fernand Benoit (pic-4), Pearson were going to Kotgarh Hill, Elmhirst would go to Nainital, Mr. and Mrs Levi were going to Nepal, Ihave determined to stay here. As a result I shall get some leisure and time for my work."
