During his Journey to Said Port from Bombay, Rabindranath wrote 6 essays. The name of the essay, written on 29th May was "Jalasthal" ( Land and Water, published on 3rd Jan in "Pather Sanchoy" and on 30th he wrote "Samudra Parhi"), on 3rd June- "Jatra", 4th June-"Anandarup", 5th June- "Dui-ichcha", 6th June-"Antara Bahira", all the essays were published in Pather Sanchay on different dates. He did not suffer, as in the last two journeys, due to the swinging of the ship. In these essays he tried to describe the difference of ideals and livelihood in the lifestyle of Europe and that of India. (Xerox copy of p- 306-307 of Rabijibani, Prasanta Paul)
