In reply to the essay written by Jnadanandini about the benifits of physical exercise, Rabindranath in the form of "letters to the editor" contradicted the content of the essay and pointed out the differences of weather, food habits of India with that of Europe and America. In his opinion physical exercise in those country was a necessity but in India one had to take rest due to its hot weather condition. The standard of the magazine could be seen very easily
